I couldn't have had better service. The tecks were excellent, and they managed to squeeze me in at short notice. Will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend the quality of work. You can do a lot worse than Ashton Tyres, and to top it, all prices are very good

My daughter went here for a tyre repair when they took the tyre they told her that the wall inside was damaged because you have no money she asked them to repair it and when she's got some money she would go back they didn't repair it they put a temporary bung in the hole that was only meant to get you to the local garage for the jobs to be done properlyI talk my daughter's car to my old works where I also was a professional tyre and exhaust fitter I took the tire off the rim to examine the inside of the tyre I found no damage to the walls all I found was this temporary bong that the AA used to get people out of trouble answer the nearest garage I repaired the tyre with a tyre patch which has a stem on it to fill the holeThe reason for this post as it has come to my attention some examining the tyre that they were trying to scam my daughter out of her tyre sell her a new tyre and then repair the old one and sell it to someone else as a grade A second hand tyre so if anybody's going there for tyre repair be aware of the scam get the tyre check properly

AVOID this place if you can!!!I was there last week but I have received the worst customer service ever. The guys who changed the tyres seemed friendly but there was another person, who I believe was the owner, who was really rude and was playing the "know it all game". I asked them to change two front tyres and also repair a slow puncture in one of the back tyres. When they removed the back tyre, this rude person was trying to forcely get me to change this tyre too, because he thinks it needs changing. When I told him that I did not want to change it, he then became angry and told me that they will put the tyre back without repairing the puncture but he will still charge me £5 for removing the tyre!!When they wanted to change the front tyres, this rude person asked me to wait in the reception room so that I could not see the tyres they wanted to fit. He then went and got some really bad tyres with cracks on them and fit them although he has previously informed me that they would fit some really good tyres.When I wanted to pay, for some reasons he insisted that I pay in cash. When I told him that I can only pay in card, he became angry again and did not even want to give me a receipt and said I should have paid in cash!Please, if at all you go to this place for your tyres, please choose your tyres and check them before they fit them, as they will scam you and rip you off for dodgy cracked tyres as they did with me.
